Tasca South Shore Kia is expanding our Service Advisor team! We’re looking for experienced professionals with CDK knowledge and a proven track record as an Automotive Service Advisor. Our service department is high-volume, fast-paced, and team-driven—the perfect environment for motivated individuals looking to grow with an established and respected automotive group.

Position Summary

As a Service Advisor at Tasca Automotive Group, you’ll be the vital connection between our customers and our service team. Your role ensures customers receive clear communication, expert guidance, and exceptional care for their automotive needs—helping us deliver on our promise: “You Will Be Satisfied.”

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for all service customers.
Assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations.
Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely, quality repairs.
Maintain complete and accurate repair orders, records, and service history.
Schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and keep them updated throughout the process.
Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency.

Qualifications & Requirements

Prior experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive service environment.
CDK experience strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-traffic service department.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
