Customer Service Coordinator | Permanent | Onsite – Portsmouth, NH Area

A growing organization is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join its collaborative team. This is a great long-term opportunity for someone with customer service or order entry experience who enjoys administrative support, email communication, and helping customers across multiple product lines.

Schedule & Compensation:

Permanent opportunity
$22–$24/hr
Fully onsite, Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Background check required

Key Responsibilities:

Process customer orders and manage order entry accurately
Respond to high-volume email inquiries and provide customer support
Create invoices in QuickBooks
Maintain CRM and order management systems
Prepare quotes, pricing updates, and customer documentation
Handle inbound phone calls and serve as a primary point of contact for customers
Support reporting, data entry, and administrative functions
Resolve customer concerns and document quality issues

Qualifications:

1+ year of customer service, CSR, or order entry experience
Strong email communication and phone skills
QuickBooks or invoicing experience preferred
Detail-oriented with strong data entry and organizational skills
Friendly, professional demeanor with interest in long-term growth
Comfortable multitasking across customer service and administrative priorities
