WE DON'T HIRE AVERAGE. WE BUILD TOP PRODUCERS.

If you're looking for a dealership where customers are handed to you, management makes your deals, and you can coast your way to a paycheck...

This is not the place for you.

We're building an elite sales team made up of people who are competitive, coachable, relentless, and obsessed with winning.

Here are the minimum expectations:

If those numbers intimidate you...

Please don't apply.

We want people who:

We don't care if you've sold cars before.

We care if you have:

This is an opportunity to build a career where your income is determined by your effort—not by a salary cap.

Average performers look for comfort.

Top performers look for opportunity.

We are looking for people who refuse to be average.

We believe in:

You'll be coached, trained, challenged, and expected to grow every single day.

We don't measure activity because we enjoy spreadsheets—we measure it because activity creates opportunity, and opportunity creates income.

Ask yourself:

If you answered YES, we want to meet you.

If reading these expectations made you uncomfortable...

Someone else will earn the commission.

We're not looking for people who hope business comes to them.

We're looking for professionals who hunt for opportunities, create relationships, and refuse to be outworked.

If you're persuasive, competitive, resilient, and know how to influence people ethically, you'll fit right in.

We don't hire passengers.

We hire producers.

We aren't looking for excuses.

We're looking for closers.
