Essential Job Responsibilities

Customer Service & Guest Experience

Greet all guests within 1 minute of arrival and provide prompt, friendly assistance
Support both sales and service departments by assisting and shuttling guests as needed
Deliver a professional, welcoming experience at all times

Lot & Facility Maintenance (Closing Duties)

Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and customer waiting areas
Empty all trash and ensure facility is clean and presentable for the next business day
Clean windows, showroom areas, and guest spaces
Ensure rental and service vehicles are cleaned and properly staged
Move vehicles to designated locations for service, storage, or delivery

Lot & Facility Maintenance (Opening Duties)

Open gates and remove all locks as required
Prepare showroom and service areas for daily operations
Ensure guest areas and service lanes are clean, organized, and ready for business

Detail & Vehicle Preparation

Monitor, stock, and organize detail supplies; ensure timely reordering when needed
Maintain clean and organized detail bays at all times
Ensure showroom and display vehicles are clean, presentable, and ready for guests
Ensure completed vehicles are delivered to guests in a timely and professional manner per advisor instructions

Additional Responsibilities (Standards & Security)

Adhere to Tony Group Standards: SMILE, GREET, HELP, THANK, GO FOR THE GOLD
Maintain vehicle security by ensuring all doors and windows are properly locked
Keep driveways, work areas, and supply areas clean, organized, and clutter-free
Ensure all guest-facing areas are consistently ready for business
