We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Salesperson to join our team at a reputable dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles and a strong background in sales. As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through the purchasing process, and building lasting relationships with customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate deals will be essential in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection.
Demonstrate vehicles and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and inventory control.
Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer experience.
Provide support in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, including high-end vehicles, to assist customers effectively.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the automobile industry or retail sales environment.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully..
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Proficient in CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales data.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong math skills for retail math calculations related to pricing and financing options.
Experience in inventory management and control processes within a dealership setting is beneficial.
Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.
