Candidates Must Have:

2+ Years at an automotive dealership or shop
1+ Year as an automotive Service Advisor/Writer
Valid Driver's License
Professional demeanor and presentation
Must be able to pass a DMV license check and background check
Must have steady and verifiable work history
Must be able to work well in a team atmosphere

Skills:

Experience As Service Advisor
The ability to communicate objectives and promise times to customers
The ability to work with service computer systems
A Team and company attitude to deliver exceptional work to our customer
Maintain open lines of communications with customers to achieve their expectations
Ability to upsell clients on needed repairs and maintenance to optimize dealer revenues
Maintain a clean and effective workstation
