We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead our automotive service department in Hastings, MN. This role is perfect for a customer-focused leader who knows how to drive performance, build strong teams, and deliver an outstanding service experience—every single time.

What You’ll Do

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing service team
Oversee daily service department operations, scheduling, and workflow
Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
Manage service KPIs including productivity, efficiency, and profitability
Work closely with technicians, advisors, and leadership to meet business goals
Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively
Maintain compliance with OEM standards, safety, and company policies

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in an automotive service leadership role
Strong understanding of service operations, RO management, and KPIs
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Experience with DMS systems and service technology
