UDrive USA Auto Exchange is looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team. If you’re driven to succeed, enjoy working with people, and want unlimited earning potential, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs.
Build relationships and provide an outstanding buying experience.
Respond to internet, phone, and walk-in leads.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
Follow up with customers before and after the sale.
Work with lenders to help customers secure financing.
Maintain product knowledge and stay current on inventory.
Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
Represent UDrive USA with professionalism and integrity.

What We’re Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but motivated individuals with sales or customer service experience are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and smartphones.
Ability to work weekends.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to obtain and pass the Virginia DMV Motor Vehicle Salesperson License examination.
