Are you a detail-oriented and customer-service focused service advisor individual looking for more financing opportunity? This position is paid training and high performers can earn $100,000+ per year!

Service Writer / Service Advisor Job Duties:

Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
Advises customers on how to best take care of their Volkswagen and the value of maintaining their vehicles in accordance with manufacturers' specifications.
Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
Works with CDK to schedule and work in customers to the service schedule.
Sells additional services to the valued customers of the company.
Informs appointment and walk-in customers the estimated time of completion for service work and make sure they are communicated with throughout the appointment.
Communicates the diagnoses from the Service Technician to the Customer in a timely manner, explaining in detail what is needed.
Helps process payments when necessary, or introduces the guest to the cashier to pay for their Service RO.

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year Service Advisor Experience
CDK and Volkswagen Knowledge is PREFERRED!
Must have proven Customer satisfaction ratings - CSI/CES
Must have experience working with customers and exhibit stellar interpersonal skills.
Must have ability to explain thing to customers about their vehicle and the work that was done or needs to be done.
Must be sales-oriented and friendly.
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must have a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years or older.
