We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the car buying process. You will leverage your sales expertise to build relationships, negotiate deals, and close sales in a high-energy dealership environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for automobiles, along with a proven track record in sales.
Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals and maximize profitability.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets.
- Conduct public speaking presentations to promote vehicles and dealership offerings.
- Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and coordinating with inventory management teams.
- Perform cold calling to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in dealership offerings.
- Utilize retail math skills for pricing vehicles and calculating financing options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or high-end retail sales is preferred.
- Strong outside sales experience with a focus on B2B sales is a plus.
- Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals successfully.
- Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales activities.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to automobile sales is beneficial.
