This role is designed for a results-driven operator who thrives on accountability, growth, and building a high-performing dealership culture.
Your Role as General Manager:
- Provide full leadership and oversight of all dealership operations, including Sales, Used Cars, F&I, Service, Parts, and Marketing
- Drive profitability and performance across new and used vehicle sales, with a strong emphasis on used car growth and inventory management
- Oversee and improve finance and F&I performance, including penetration, product sales, compliance, and lender relationships
- Develop, execute, and monitor dealership-wide strategies to maximize revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-performing department leaders and staff
- Analyze KPIs, financial statements, and operational reports to make data-driven decisions
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly performance meetings with department heads
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, teamwork, and excellence
- Ensure compliance with all OEM, legal, and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for cost control, process improvement, and long-term scalability
- Collaborate closely with ownership on strategic planning and growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Automotive GM, GSM, or senior leadership experience
- Strong background in used cars and F&I is a must
- Demonstrated success driving dealership profitability and growth
- Deep understanding of dealership operations, financials, and reporting
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people-development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term partnership opportunities
- Passion for building winning teams and sustainable success
