We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in guiding customers through the purchasing process while managing the sales pipeline effectively.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in automobile purchases.
- Conduct outside sales activities, including cold calling and follow-up outreach to potential clients.
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate high-end vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to potential buyers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the dealership team on inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Participate in marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings within the community.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automobile sales or high-end retail sales is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Proficient in CRM software and comfortable using technology for inventory management and reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette for outbound sales efforts.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in public speaking or presentations is beneficial for engaging customers effectively.
