Oversee all dealership operations, including sales, service, parts, and administration
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability
Lead, mentor, and motivate department managers and staff
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction across all areas

Proven experience as a General Manager in the automotive industry or retail management
