Atlanta Autos is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead one of the Southeast’s premier pre-owned luxury and exotic dealerships. This opportunity is designed for a proven operator - someone who drives results, protects margin, and leads from the front, not from behind an office door.
This is not a role for someone who manages from an ivory tower or treats the position like a nine-to-five. We are looking for a hands-on General Sales Manager who sets the tone by being on the floor, in the flow of the business, and fully accountable for every part of the operation.
You should already understand the highline and exotic space. This is not a learning role. From inventory strategy and recon flow to desking, F&I performance, and digital retail execution, you know how to run a dealership that operates at the highest level.
You lead through process, discipline, execution, and accountability......not slogans.
Qualified Candidates will bring a minimum of seven years of GM-level experience in a highline or exotic environment, along with a verified track record of profitability, growth, and operational excellence. You must have a strong command of digital retail strategy, inventory control, CIT, desking, and F&I operations. Leadership matters here
Building culture, enforcing standards, and driving performance are non-negotiable.

Compensation is $300K+ annually, including base and performance-based incentives.
