Overview
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our automotive sales team and drive exceptional customer experiences. Duties
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals through effective coaching and performance management.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the dealership’s market share, including outreach through outbound sales, B2B (business-to-business) engagements, and community networking.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a smooth customer journey with excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Conduct negotiations with prospective buyers, upselling high-end vehicles and accessories while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions; analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee inventory management and control processes to ensure optimal stock levels of new vehicles aligned with market demand.
- Organize marketing initiatives, public speaking engagements, and promotional events to attract new customers and strengthen brand presence.
- Provide ongoing training on retail math, inventory control, retail sales techniques, and effective organization skills to enhance team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales with a strong background in retail or dealership environments; prior experience managing a sales team is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B sales, cold calling, upselling, and developing a robust sales pipeline.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory control, retail math calculations, and CRM systems efficiently.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, inventory management practices, and dealership operations is essential.
- Exceptional customer service orientation paired with professional phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
