Position Overview:
The F&I Associate is responsible for guiding customers through the financial and insurance process with professionalism, transparency, and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive financing, compliance, product presentation, and customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure every guest receives a seamless, luxuryâ€'level experience.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers in a clear, compliant, and valueâ€'focused manner

Secure financing through approved lenders and maintain strong lender relationships

Prepare and review all required documentation for accuracy and compliance

Ensure adherence to federal, state, and dealership policies and regulations

Collaborate with sales management to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction

Maintain high CSI scores through exceptional communication and followâ€'through
-
Track performance metrics and continuously improve product penetration and PVR
-
Assist with deal structure, desking support, and closing deals when needed
Qualifications/Requirements – F & I Associate:
Minimum 2 – 3 years of F&I experience in an automotive dealership (luxury experience preferred)-
Proven track record of strong PVR, product penetration, and lender relations

Thorough understanding of federal and state compliance requirements

Exceptional communication, presentation, and customer service skills

Ability to thrive in a fastâ€'paced, highâ€'expectation environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
