- Proven track record in automotive sales (sales experience a plus but not necessary)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- A passion for vehicle industry knowledge
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed targets
