Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the purchasing process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in both individual and team settings.

This job is only based on commission, which comes with a highly competitive rate.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features of vehicles.
Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
Manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-ups with potential buyers.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress.
Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
Upsell additional products and services that enhance the customer’s purchase.
Maintain knowledge of current inventory, pricing, and promotions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
Participate in cold calling initiatives to generate new leads.
Conduct public speaking engagements or presentations as needed to promote dealership events or specials.

Skills

1 year of experience in used car sales.
Be able to manage social media, work with a team to create content, and bring new customers in (having your car-related social media is a plus).
Proven experience in high-end automobile sales, and specifically used cars.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with DMS software for effective sales management and tracking.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management and control.
Proficient in public speaking and presenting information clearly to diverse audiences.
