Duties

Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicles including washing, vacuuming, and interior detailing to achieve high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Execute paint correction tasks such as buffing and polishing to restore vehicle luster and remove minor imperfections
Apply protective treatments like waxing or window tinting to enhance vehicle appearance and durability
Conduct inspections to identify areas needing special attention or repair, ensuring quality control before customer pickup
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tools and work areas
Assist with basic car wash procedures using professional equipment to ensure efficient service delivery
Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly about vehicle care processes and addressing any special requests or concerns

Requirements

Prior experience in car detailing, cleaning, or janitorial work preferred; familiarity with automotive cleaning products is a plus
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
Ability to operate car wash equipment, buffing machines, and other detailing tools safely and efficiently
Knowledge of vehicle cleaning techniques, including window tinting, buffing, and interior sanitation
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for occasional vehicle movement or test drives if required
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform detailed work in various environmental conditions
Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently
