Boat Stuf is hiring a Service Writer / Service Manager to run the front end of our busy marine service department.
If you’re sharp, organized, and great with customers — we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:
- Write service tickets & manage workflow
- Schedule jobs and communicate with techs
- Provide estimates and updates to customers
- Handle warranty and service paperwork
- Upsell recommended services
- Move boats in yard with forklift
- Unload trucks with forklift
What We’re Looking For:
- Service advisor or service manager experience (marine, auto, RV, or powersports)
- Strong customer service skills
- Highly organized and computer-savvy
- Mechanical knowledge is a plus
