We are looking for an experienced sales & finance manager with a charismatic personality and great relationship building skills to join our sales team in Etna, WY.
- Support sales staff by desking and closing deals
- Selects appropriate lender for financing, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery
- Sell extended service contracts and other aftermarket products to customers.
- Consistently adheres to all F&I office process and flow of contracts
- Maintain relationships with manufacturer reps
- Manage new and pre-owned inventory on the lot
- Collaborate with other departments (service and parts) to provide best in class customer service to every customer that walks in the door.
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Attend manufacturer trainings and meetings
- Stay up to date on latest product news and developments
