The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Service Analyst in our Dodge City Office.
Job Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Service Manager, assists in answering incoming calls, procurement of parts and tools, back-up dispatch, and provides support to technicians. Responsible for accomplishing administrative and accounting functions in the Service Department in an accurate and efficient manner. Handle Scheduling and estimation.
Responsibilities:
Work Order Management: Reviewal and updates work orders according to client requirements in order to eliminate discrepancies and ensure timely invoicing. Establishes a clear understanding of client expectations for work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Branch Coordination: Builds and maintains positive relationships with local branches to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication to execute to client specifications.
Contract Compliance: Understands and locates contract specifications to ensure compliance with terms and conditions, even with limited contract knowledge.
Proposals and Quotes: Processes quotes following the Account Manager's review, with a focus on accuracy and adherence to client requirements.
Billing Review: Supports the review of work order billings for clients per the client billing requirements.
Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED; Associates preferred
