We are seeking a motivated and experienced Auto Part Store Manager to lead our commercial/retail tam and oversee the daily operations of our auto parts store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store oprations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate inventory record and oversee ordering and stocking of parts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auto parts management/sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in inventory management software.
Pay: $46,800.00 - $54,000.00 per year
