Legacy Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram — We are the fastest-growing dealership in Southwest Kansas, Oklahoma, Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, and Nebraska — is looking for a New/Used Car Sales Manager with who can make lead, learn, make deals and continue our phenomenal growth. A strong Stellantis/CDJR experience who can dominate both sides of the lot and lead a high-performance team.
We need someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment, build people, move deals, and grow the store.
This is a hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership role — not a sit-in-the-office job.
Yeah, we don’t hide the Weenie, no schwifty stuff. Reputation is everything. I am looking for a leader. Who will lead by example. This is a Country Club. But we work hard.

- Deal structure mastery
- Deep lender knowledge — including secondary
- Grossy gross while maintaining CSI
- Sense of urgency
