Victory Chevrolet of Ottawa is part of Victory Automotive Group, a 10-store operation across the Greater Kansas City metro. Our Ottawa roots go back to 2018, and our sister store Victory CDJR of Ottawa has been running strong on the same campus since August 2024 — so the culture, the support, and the ownership are already proven.
We have the nicest store in the region. Now we need the right person to run it.
Our facility speaks for itself — 30,000 square feet, 12 service bays, 2 detail bays, all brand new equipment, and a fully air conditioned shop. We also have a strong technician recruiting program in place, so you can focus on leading and growing your team from day one.

This is a role for a proven, high-performing Service Manager with a track record that speaks for itself — someone who knows their numbers, leads from the front, and gets it done day in and day out.

What You’ll Do
- Own the service department — operations, performance, and people
- Lead and develop advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive profitability across labor, parts, and warranty
- Maximize technician productivity through smart scheduling and workflow
- Maintain GM/OEM compliance and dealership standards
- Recruit, train, coach, and hold your team accountable — every day
- Keep a safe, organized, and professional shop environment
What You Must Bring
- 5+ years managing a franchise automotive dealership service department — required
- Verifiable performance numbers: labor gross, CSI, hours per RO, ELR
- Experience in a high-volume, flat-rate environment
- Deep knowledge of OEM warranty and repair operations
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Urgency, follow-through, and accountability that elevates everyone around you
- High character and professionalism — non-negotiable
- Dealertrack experience preferred; GM/ASE certifications a plus
