- Full-Time employment, Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Must be able to work Saturdays
- Base salary + commission pay. Paid monthly $3,500.00-$6,000.00 per month
- 80 hours paid vacation, paid sick time, and 7 paid holidays
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer
- Determine and recommend required maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized schedule
- Conduct post-repair follow up
- Resolve customer complaints
- Continue to maintain our company value, quality, and integrity
- Maintain Customer Success Index at or above company standards
