You can motivate, coach, and hold people accountable. You understand how to build a team culture where people improve, compete, and win together.
3. Masters the Tools of the Business
You are highly effective with dealership systems and understand how to use data and process to drive results.
Experience That Matters
We are looking for someone who understands the modern dealership environment, including:
- Strong CRM discipline and follow-up process
- Experience with VinSolutions
- Knowledge of Dealertrack
- Pricing and inventory management experience with vAuto
- Deep understanding of bank programs and deal structuring
- Ability to manage pipeline, appointments, and customer engagement
