I am looking for Service Writer/Adviser who has Practical PLAN to Increase shop's sales and Car Count .
-Should be familiar with R.O.Writer P.O.S system / Identifix and able to Create Estimate/Repair order/Invoice/and up-sale!.
Who will need to Guide/Advise/Assist Technicians whenever required.
-Punctuality very important.
-Should have profitable records of Sales at Automotive Repair Shops.
-Will consider immediately to recruit the qualified person.
-Background check.-Last two places as References.
Qualifications
- Automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge
- Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service technician roles
- Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in auto estimating and service writing
- Sales experience in the automotive industry
- Dealership experience and auto service management skills
- Ability to up-sell and promote additional services
- Knowledge of various automotive repair areas such as transmissions, oil changes, brakes, and suspension systems
