Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff to ensure high performance, productivity, and adherence to professional standards.
- Operational Management: Overseeing daily shop flow, optimizing efficiency, managing parts inventory interaction, and controlling departmental expenses.
- Customer Focus: Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered consistently, resolving complex customer issues quickly and professionally, and maintaining top CSI scores.
- Financial Performance: Developing and executing strategies to increase labor sales, maximizing repair order revenue, and maintaining high warranty and internal cost control.
- Compliance: Guaranteeing all department activities adhere to company, state, and manufacturer guidelines, including warranty processes and safety standards.
What We Require:
- Previous Dealership Service Manager and/or Service Advisor Experience a PLUS
- Provide Elite Customer Service Experience
