Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Conduct high-quality presentations of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
- Negotiate sales terms effectively to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and following up on leads.
Skills
- Experience in automobile sales or dealership operations is a plus, but not a requirement. The right candidates will be trained by proven leaders in the automotive industry!
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
