What You’ll Do
- Structure and present finance & protection options to customers
- Maximize backend gross through strong product knowledge and compliance
- Work directly with lenders (prime & subprime) to secure approvals
- Ensure all deals are clean, compliant, and funded quickly
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and product providers
- Collaborate with sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Hit and exceed performance benchmarks (PVR, product penetration, approval rates)
What We’re Looking For
- Proven F&I or automotive sales experience (Finance Manager experience required)
- Strong understanding of lender programs and deal structuring
- High integrity—compliance and customer trust are non-negotiable
- Competitive, driven, and accountable
- Excellent communication and closing skills
- Ability to thrive in a performance-based environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000 – $200,000+ annual income potential (no cap)
