Pecheles Automotive is hiring a proven automotive closer ready to move up — or an experienced manager who knows how to drive leads, appointments, and deals.
This is not a sit-back management role. You will be in the trenches daily — working deals, driving BDC performance, and holding the team accountable.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Work the desk and TO deals daily
- Help close deals and maximize gross
- Drive internet lead conversion → appointments → shows → sold
- Manage and improve BDC performance and accountability
- Ensure fast response times and aggressive follow-up
- Train sales & BDC staff to increase production immediately
- Enforce process, activity, and standards across the board

- Base + aggressive performance bonuses
