Responsibilities - Service Advisor:
-
Greet customers and manage the service check-in process
-
Write accurate repair orders and document customer concerns
-
Recommend maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally
-
Communicate with technicians to verify diagnoses and repair timelines
-
Provide regular status updates to customers throughout the service visit
-
Close repair orders accurately and ensure proper documentation
-
Maintain strong CSI scores and deliver an excellent customer experience
-
Manage a high-volume service drive while staying organized and efficient
Qualifications - Service Advisor:
Previous Automotive Service Advisor / Service Consultant experience required-
Basic automotive mechanical/operational knowledge is preferred

Must be able to work Saturdays

Good computer, customer service, and communication skills

Thrives in a busy, team-focused dealership environment

Valid driver's license and good driving record
