Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive experience.
- Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with patience and clarity.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using data entry skills within our CRM and other systems.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve service strategies, and meet client needs effectively.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of assigned areas in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and pass a background screening in accordance with company policies.
- Fluency in English is required; bilingual abilities in additional languages are highly desirable.
- Prior experience in call center environments or customer support roles is preferred.
- Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products/services when appropriate.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with active listening capabilities.
- Demonstrated computer skills including data entry, typing speed, and navigating various software platforms.
