Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and outreach to expand the sales pipeline.
- Demonstrate and present vehicles to clients, highlighting features and benefits tailored to their needs.
- Negotiate deals effectively by leveraging strong communication skills, B2B sales experience, and dealership knowledge to close sales successfully.
- Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to maximize sales opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with sales support teams and management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and improving overall dealership performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, cold calling, and outbound sales campaigns.
- Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage a busy sales pipeline efficiently.
- Knowledge of automobile features
