Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a profitable, organized, and high-performing parts department
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and controls to minimize obsolescence and shrink
- Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and financial performance
- Train, coach, and develop parts staff to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Collaborate closely with Service and Sales departments to support operational needs
- Ensure timely ordering, receiving, stocking, and distribution of parts
- Maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and internal processes
- Analyze reports and implement strategies to improve gross profit and turnover
Qualifications:
- Previous Parts Manager experience required; multi-line or high-volume experience preferred
- Strong understanding of inventory management, forecasting, and parts financials
- Proven leadership and team-building skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient with computers; CDK experience is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings
