What We’re Looking For
- Automotive parts department experience required
- Parts Manager experience preferred, but not required
- High-performing Parts Counter professionals encouraged to apply
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Leadership mindset with the ability to grow, coach, and support a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass pre-employment background screenings
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Parts Department with support from dealership leadership
- Manage inventory levels to meet internal and external demand
- Monitor and maintain effective pricing strategies
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal teams
- Provide exceptional service to retail and wholesale customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient department
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members with a focus on performance and customer satisfaction
