Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a full-time customer service representative to join our team. Monday-Friday 8:AM-5:00PM. Must be independent and reliable, with an eye for detail. The ability to multi-task, excellent computer and phone skills a must. Candidate must have a positive attitude and be a team player
Qualifications:
High School or equivalent
Driver’s License
Must have knowledge of computers and all Microsoft Office Suite software applications.
Ability to follow directions without supervision.
Excellent detail, organizational, and file management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Duties:
Greeting Clients and visitors and connecting them with the appropriate party
Answering the main business line and redirecting calls as necessary in a professional manner
Scheduling appointments for customers; entering customer information into our database.
Ordering Parts & Materials; Receiving Parts& Materials; Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Managing office supply inventory,
Filing
Occasionally may be required to pick up/ drop of customers.
Other duties as assigned.
