Hayward Marine is looking for a Parts/Service Advisor with experience in RV, Auto, Powersports, Marine or similar industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of marine repair.

Responsibilities

Ordering parts for customers as well as internal jobs
Inventory management
Inform technicians and customers of arrival of special order parts
Sort and place parts orders on racks, shelves or in bins
Maintain good working relationships with manufacturers and vendors
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Ability to work Saturdays
Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone.
Be able to effectively manage open repair orders
Submit warranty claims
