Hayward Marine is looking for a Parts/Service Advisor with experience in RV, Auto, Powersports, Marine or similar industry. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain high standards of marine repair.
Responsibilities
- Ordering parts for customers as well as internal jobs
- Inventory management
- Inform technicians and customers of arrival of special order parts
- Sort and place parts orders on racks, shelves or in bins
- Maintain good working relationships with manufacturers and vendors
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Maintain a high degree of customer satisfaction with the ability to handle customer complaints
- Interact with customers both in-store and on the phone.
- Be able to effectively manage open repair orders
- Submit warranty claims
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Marine equipment and dealership operations is a plus
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
