Overview
We are a busy heavy-duty diesel and commercial truck repair shop serving fleets and owner-operators. Our work ranges from diagnostics and engine repair to suspension, drivetrain, and major mechanical work.
Downtime costs our customers money, so we operate with speed, clear communication, and accountability.
What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you will control the front counter and help move repairs from inspection to approval quickly.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule inspections
- Communicate with fleet managers and owner-operators
- Review technician inspections and build repair estimates
- Present repair recommendations and obtain approvals
- Order parts and coordinate with technicians
- Keep repair orders moving and customers updated
- Follow up on declined or pending work
Technicians diagnose and identify the problems.
Your role is to communicate the repairs and close the work.
Compensation
- $1,000 per week base salary
- 4% commission on shop gross profit
- Top performers earn $85k–$140k+ per year
Pay is tied to production and shop performance.
What We're Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in diesel, heavy duty, or automotive service advising
- Strong communication with customers and technicians
- Ability to manage multiple repair orders at once
- Confidence presenting repair estimates
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced shop environment
Diesel or commercial truck experience is a big plus.
