We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Parts Manager to join our busy heavy truck and auto repair shop. We value people who take initiative, stay on top of details, and naturally spot and solve problems before they slow things down. Responsibilities:
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory management of all automotive parts
- Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure parts are available for technicians
- Identify potential shortages, inefficiencies, or workflow issues and take initiative to resolve them
- Build strong relationships with vendors to secure competitive pricing and timely deliveries
- Organize and maintain a clean, efficient parts storage area
- Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to support smooth shop operations

- Experience in automotive or heavy truck parts and inventory management systems.
