We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Hybrid Finance & Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at 83 Autos. This role is perfect for an individual who possesses a passion for the automotive industry and has a unique blend of skills in both finance and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, offering financing options to customers, and driving sales of used vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and establish a positive rapport to understand their vehicle preferences and financial requirements.
- Showcase our inventory of used cars, providing detailed information and assisting customers in making informed buying decisions.
- Negotiate sales deals, and prepare sales agreements with a focus on profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Secure financing arrangements for customers, working closely with financial institutions and in-house financing options.
- Process financing and leasing applications, and ensure compliance with legal financial regulations.
- Coordinate with the sales team to identify opportunities for sales promotions and financing deals.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our vehicle inventory, financing options, and market trends.
- Assist in managing the financial paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support and follow-up to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively with the entire dealership team to meet sales targets and financial goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and finance, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of auto financing, including loans, leases, and insurance.
