We are seeking a bold, innovative leader to lead a high-performing independent dealership in Kyle, TX.. This is not your typical dealership role. We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, lead a team, and take ownership of every aspect of the operation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of Sales & Finance
- Oversee sales performance, finance performance, and customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales and finance staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, dealership policies, and operational procedures
- Drive accountability through performance metrics and reporting
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction and reputation management
- Collaborate with ownership to implement growth strategies
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an independent dealership environment desired
- Proven leadership experience managing sales teams and dealership operations
- Strong understanding of used vehicle sales management and F&I
- Ability to build culture, accountability, and performance standards
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
