Automotive Sales Consultant Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing an excellent customer experience
- Computer literacy
- One plus years of auto sales experience required
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
Sales Consultants Job Requirements
- Greet and assist customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Listen to customers to determine their needs, then provide options to close the sale
- Follow up with prospective customers via phone, text & email.
- Maintain a follow-up system that encourages repeat business and referrals
