As our Parts Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in dealership operations:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the parts department (retail & wholesale)
- Maintain accurate inventory control and purchasing processes
- Partner with the Service Department to ensure timely parts availability
- Train, coach, and develop parts team members
- Monitor expenses, pricing, and department profitability
- Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and legal regulations
- Forecast goals and drive department performance
- Oversee stocking, organization, and inventory accuracy
- Promote and enforce safety standards and company values
- 2+ years of automotive parts management experience
- Sales experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and customer service skills
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Professional attitude and appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
