Thompson Buick GMC Cadillacis hiring an Outside Parts Sales Representative / Account Manager to grow and maintain relationships with local repair shops, body shops, and commercial clients. This is a territory-based role where you’ll be visiting businesses, developing accounts, and driving repeat business.
Repair shops and fleets rely on consistent parts supply every day. You’ll selling something businesses already need and not trying to create demand from scratch. You’ll be provided a company vehicle and the support of an established dealership with a strong parts department. If you’re motivated, persistent, and enjoy working with people, this is a career path with long-term stability and strong earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with local repair shops, body shops, and fleet accounts

Prospect and develop new business in your assigned territory

Visit customers daily using a company-provided vehicle

Promote parts programs, pricing, and dealership services

Follow up consistently to grow repeat business and long-term accounts

Work closely with the internal parts and service teams to support your customers
What We’re Looking For:

Sales experience preferred, but not required – we train

Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable working independently

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and able to manage a territory

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Must be focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
