The primary job responsibilities of our F & I Manager are:
- Selecting the appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment and finalizes the sales process
- Assists sales team in structuring deals
- Manages contracts to ensure proper and timely funding through communication with accounting department
- Manages lending contracts to ensure maximum profitability
- Tracks and monitors lender penetrations
- Manages extended warranty, GAP, and tire programs to ensure maximum profitability for the F & I department
- Tracks and monitors supplemental product penetrations
- Participates in daily sales team meeting regarding F & I products and issues
- Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales team
- Consistently follow all F & I processes and company policies and procedures
- Attend weekly management team meetings
Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the F & I field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- good time management and problem solving skills
- Strong selling and closing skills are a requirement
- Willingness to learn and serve others
- Valid driver's license
