AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER – HUGE OPPORTUNITY / HIGH INCOME

This is NOT an average Sales Manager job.
We are building something big at AutoMaxx — and we’re looking for a hands-on leader who can desk deals, drive volume, and get deals FUNDED FAST. You must have finance experiece.
If you know how to:
- Structure deals
- Work subprime AND prime
- Push deals through funding with minimal stips
- Train and hold salespeople accountable
- Submit to lenders and spin paperwork
This is a real opportunity to step into a leadership role where you can make a serious impact.
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary + Aggressive Performance Bonuses
- This is a high Six-figure opportunity for the right leader
- Paid on performance — not politics
WHAT YOU’LL OWN
- Desking deals daily (this is NOT a sit-back role)
- Driving gross, volume, and funding speed
- Training , recruiting, hiring and developing a sales team
- Working closely with lenders to get deals funded fast
- Helping build a winning culture
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven automotive Sales Manager or strong Desk Manager
- Proven finance experience capable of making quick decisions
- Strong desking + structuring skills
- Experience getting deals funded (this is critical)
- High accountability / no-excuses mindset
- Someone who leads from the front — not the office
