Automotive Service Advisor/Writer Responsibilities:

Schedule customer service appointments

Communicating work flow with customers and technicians

Greeting customers in a professional manner

Accurate write up of customer concerns

Convey expect cost and obtaining approval of repairs

Tracking of vehicle and communicating progress to customer

Maintaining excellent customer satisfaction

Performing any additional task assigned by management
