Aspen Total Automotive (ATA) is the largest auto repair shop in Aspen. As the primary auto shop for over 90% of Aspen’s local enterprises and residents, we have a constant flow of business. ATA has a great team of six mechanics and a wonderful front office!
ATA was recently purchased by two Aspen natives, Matthew Ferguson & Sarah Chiles, who are bringing fresh energy and a strong commitment to growth and innovation. Their mission is to make ATA not just a great place for customers but also a fantastic place to build a rewarding career.
As a Service Advisor at Aspen Total Automotive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, offering guidance and support as they navigate the repair and maintenance process for their vehicles. Your role is pivotal in building lasting relationships with our clients, as you represent the face of ATA during every interaction.
In this role, you will manage the customer experience from start to finish, providing clear communication about the status of repairs and ensuring their satisfaction at every step. By delivering exceptional service and professionalism, you will contribute to ATA’s reputation as the auto repair shop for Aspen’s residents and businesses.
Pay
depending on experience and certifications. There is a ton of room for upside with incentive plans.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer that enters our facility with hospitality and respect.
- Present the best solution to properly repair our customer’s vehicle in a way that is easy for them to understand. .
- Manage the store’s workflow in an effective and efficient manner.
- Work with Mechanics closely to order the correct parts.
- Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere
- Communicate on the phone in a clear, professional manner
- Build long-term relationships between the store, yourself and the customer.
Qualifications
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Current driver’s licenses.
- Driving record acceptable to our current insurance carrier.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Windows based computer software and automotive store applications. We use AutoLeap
- Experience in automotive customer service and service sales
- High school diploma or GED
- Associates degree or undergraduate degree is nice to have
Physical requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a Service Advisor to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This list includes some physical requirements while performing the duties of this job:
- Being on your feet for the majority of the workday (standing, walking, etc). We have adjustable standing desks.
- Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs. (Tires, parts, etc.)
- Driving manual transmission vehicles. (Not required)
- Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
